Application..................(611)祝贺中国振动工程学会成立二十周年迎接振动工程新的挑战祝贺中国振动工程学会成立二十周年迎接振动工程新的挑战郑兆昌清华大学航天航空学院工程动力学研究所(一)中国振动工程学会成立背景改革开放后随着国民经济的迅速发展,在各工程领域中出现了大量迫切需要解决的振动问题。一大批工程技术人员和教师队伍有了用武之地。他们深人工程结合实际进行研究,取得了不少成果,迫切需要进行交流,于是在1981年杜庆华、张阿舟和屈维德教授等在昆明主持召开了“首届全国振动理论及应用学术交流会”,并希望创办专门的学术期列刊。随后由清华大学、交通部上海船运所和南航等单位牵头,在哈尔滨工业大学、上海交大、西安交大、西北工业大学、昆明理工大学、北京航空航天大学、中山大学、山东理工大学、浙江大学、上海机械研究院、复且大学、天津大学、北京大学、湖南大学等高校和中国空间技术研究院,计量研究院,中科院力学所、工程力学所,交通部设计院,航天702所、无锡702所,长春汽研所,郑州机械研究所,建委建筑机械研究所等科研院所以及苏州试验、北京测振、株洲湘中仪器厂,扬州无线电二厂等32个发起单位支持及其积极分子的努力下,在杜庆华、郑哲敏、屈维德、张阿舟等教授的创导下,尤其是在交通部上海船运所(设置编辑部负责出版、发行)领导的支持及恽伟君先生的奔波下,在上海龙柏饭店召开首次筹委会,终于在1982年由胡海昌院士任主编,创办了《振动与冲击》学术刊物(季刊),2005年改为双月刊,2007年已成月刊。比较这一期刊的前后版本、信息量和内容,就足见振动工程发展的势态。鉴于日益活跃的振动领域,在全国逐渐形成了一支广泛活跃在振动领域的辛勤工作的学者专家队伍,大家又有个愿望想从力学、航空、机械、宇航等老学会(母学会)中产生一个新的学会一中国振动工程学会,这也是这4个母学会和我们一直联合举办“全国振动理论及应用学术会议”的原由,也表现了对我们振动工程学会的关怀。经过多方努力奔走,以新促老互动发展说服一些疑虑,在应怀樵先生等多方奔波下,1985年7月胡海昌、郑兆昌、应怀樵、傅志方、欧阳怡在北京召开了5人筹备小组会议,启动了中国振动工程学会的筹建工作。同年8月由5人小组署名、中国振动技术咨询部发文,在上海召开了筹备会议,正式向中国科协申报,终于在老一辈科学家和教育家茅以升、李国豪、马大猷、钱令希、雷天觉、刘恢先、王仁、杜庆华、郑哲敏、季文美、屈维德、张阿舟等支持下,1986年10月经国家科委批准成立中国振动工程学会,1987年2月由东方所承办在北京召开了“筹委会”常委会议,会上经讨论提出了学会组织机构、章程、领导班子等,确定同年5月在南京由南航承办召开中国振动工程学会首届代表大会,并推举南航为挂靠单位,正式产生了中国振动工程学会第一届理事会,选举胡海昌院士为理事长,并创办了《振动工程学报》,胡海昌院士兼任主编。
